Art Andersen developed and produced the manually operated and façade mounted textile shutter frames for the apartment building Sejlhuset in Ørestaden, designed by the architects Vandkunsten.

The shutter frames with translucent synthetic screen material are equipped with an innovative self-tensioning system enabling the frames to resist the high wind loads on the tall building.
